Communal Forum on the Environment

CSS at 7:00PM

As Jews we have a sacred obligation to repair the world, to do tikkun

olam. The problems that we face can often feel intractable and beyond
our ability to fix. Despite this, we at Congregation Shir Shalom feel it is
our duty to try. It is with this in mind that we will be holding forums to
discuss and strategize about what we consider the major issues affecting
our world today.

This forum will be open to the public and give people an opportunity to
voice their concerns, as well as strategize possible actions we can take
on a local level to combat these global crises.
