Attaching the IQA file

IQA is an excel spreadsheet with all the infomation collected along
the reviews:
For sizing tab, it can be any document/fomat with the selection of the genset
model.
Desing review must contain all the shaded fields at IQA form.
Installation review must contain the other fiels of the IQA form.

Submitting the IQA for audit

After attached the IQA file and add desired comments, submit for
audit.

Select the appropriated phase of your IQA for audit.
