Magazine Cover Assessment

The development of a Magazine Cover that involves generation of Ideas leading


to a Conceptual Design of a Magazine Cover. This is achieved through Montages,
Text of Inspirational Words , Exploration and Research of ( genres, and Age). The
outcome will be a Magazine Cover through Sketches in Prototypes and the Final
Product.
Key ideas

Research Magazine Structure: Masthead Single large image, Coverlines,


Smaller images, Date of Issue in Photoshop
Research Covers through Spiderscribe, Magazine covers,( Relating to
Gender and Age Group S
Experimentation: Using the Following Skill Sets: Move , Edit Transform ,
Layer Styles Text Font size, Colour for Contrast and Symbolic Meaning
Functional Modelling: Displays of Magazine Covers around the Room
Stakeholders : Myself and Mrs. Lomas
Display Transition of ideas in a Weebly Portfolio

Brief create a Magazine Cover catering for Personal Tastes


Purpose: It was an assessment from Mrs Lomas.
