This week with Julie's PA2 she focused heavily on providing verbal academic feedback to students and did a great job. This is an area many teachers
struggle with which we have discussed how seemingly difficult it can be to intentionally focus on this area.

This week Julie has taken on the responsibility to post resources and information for students to access, i.e. class presentations/notes, interactives, study
tools for an upcoming test. This process is time consuming but is very beneficial for the students. Additionally she has been posting feedback/responses to
reflection questions collected at the end of the period on most days.

Julie will continue to take responsibility for posting information and resources in Synergy Class Website. Additionally, I would like to have Julie start sending
alerts/reminders via email to parents and students for upcoming tests and assignment due dates which can be done as a mass email through our Synergy
system.

Julie has not had much of an opportunity to demonstrate this area since it is second semester and this usually happens during open house at the beginning
of the school year.

Our plan to demonstrate this is to post instructional/curriculum information relating to the last quarter of the school year so parents are informed what their
student will be learning and how we plan to have them learn it.

General Comments
Julie rocked her second PA this week which I am extremely proud of. Overall she is an excellent student teacher and I couldn't be more fortunate to have
her working with me this semester. She is more than ready to take over for me!
