This week there was a lot going on due to end of quarter, getting final activities planned and completed as well as tests and other assessment pieces. This
required more input and guidance from me than previous weeks.

Limited opportunities for individual student performance communication to parents however with the ending of the 3rd quarter it provides an opportunity to
send quarter progress reports home to parents.

Use Synergy Class Website and Synergy communication tool (mass email) to provide parents with updates and information. Particularly today with debate
results and information. Think about printing and sending progress reports home after break.

General Comments
This was a more challenging week with all going on and lower than anticipated test results. This provided an opportunity for us to reflect on the situation
and evaluate test data. On a positive note, we had very successful debates in our honors biology classes which allowed Julie to see what being a teacher is
really about.
