If you decide to retell this story as a

on Thursday. You must also write your
script so that I can read it over when
your skit is over. The skit should be at
least two minutes long.
Speaking
If you decide to retell this story
through speaking, you must tell all
important parts of the story in front of
the class on Thursday. You must also
write what you are going to say so that
I can read it over when your speech is
done. It should be at least two minutes
long.
Writing
If you decide to retell the story by
writing, you must have at least one
paragraph for each item on the retell
rope. You MUST use descriptive
sentences. You have the option of
sharing your written story with the
class.

Comic Strip
If you decide to retell this story in a
comic strip, you must have words and
drawings for all important parts of the
story. Your comic strip should have at
least 6 frames in it. You have the
option of sharing your comic strip with
the class.
Puppet Show
If you decide to retell this story as a
puppet show, you must have your
puppets act out all important parts of
the story in front of the class on
Thursday. You must also write your
script so that I can read it over when
your puppet show is over. The show
should be at least two minutes long.
Marking
However you choose to retell the
story, I will be looking for:

3) Did you include at least three
main events from the story?
4) Did you include the ending of the
