Explanation of Symbols
1. W
W in SUBCONTRACTOR Column means that SUBCONTRACTOR representative will witness the
test/inspection according to application from subcontractor.
W in LLM/FITCHNER: and PVN-POYRY column means that LLM/FITCHNER Engineer and PVNPOYRY (or third party) will witness the test/ inspection according to application (or notification) from
SUBCONTRACTOR.

I means Implementation of test/ inspection and reporting by SUBCONTRACTOR and ERECTION
SUBCONTRACTOR.
3. PW
PW means Partial witness. SUBCONTRACTOR will notify partial witness to LLM/FITCHNER
Engineer and PVN-POYRY with the information of starting date and expected period of the work. The
mentioned notification will be submitted to LLM/FITCHNER at lease 24 Hrs. prior to the starting date
of the work.
4. R
R in SUBCONTRACTOR column means Submission of inspection/ test record for review to
SUBCONTRACTOR by ERECTION SUBCONTRACTOR.
R in LLM/ FITCHNER and PVN-POYRY column means Submission of inspection / test record for
review to LLM/FITCHNER by SUBCONTRACTOR.

S in SUBCONTRACTOR column means Submission of inspection / test record for information to
SUBCONTRACTOR by ERECTION SUBCONTRACTOR.
