Two sisters, around 11 and 12 years of age, are best friends and do
everything together but one day the older of the two goes missing. At school,
the younger sister finds another pupil having hung herself in the bathroom.
After reporting it, she is then sent home for shock. A week passes and still
she hears nothing about her sister. She has reoccurring nightmares about the
girl she found hanged and relating it to her sisters disappearance, fearing
the worse-She decides to run away and look for her herself. In the middle of
the night she wanders out by herself and follows a dark figure in the
shadows. After running after him, she is led to a hut in a forest where she
hears her sister screaming. Immediately, she goes in after her just as her
older sister is hanged in a similar way to the previous death she once
witnessed. Upon seeing her sisters death, the older picks up a nearby knife
and stabs the masked villain. She wipes the blood over her nightgown and
proceeds to try and awaken her sister. Noticing how bad the situation looks,
she leaves her lifeless body behind and swaps their clothing. She wakes in
her own bed once again and goes to school like nothing has happened. When
she goes to another bathroom, she sees the reflection of the murderer she
stabbed. In a flash of black, the ghostly figure enters and possesses her.
Throughout the film, the girl continues to wipe out more pupils in the same
manner of the first death and her sisters. The police get suspicious when the
incidents of suicide become more and more. The girl continues the killings
by stalking her pupils home and manipulating them to kill themselves. With
her powers, she believes she cannot be overthrown. She becomes more and
more powerful, experimenting in different methods of manipulating her
victims to suicide. In the end, it is shown that the younger sister she had
previously seen murdered has been a figment of her imagination and the
person shed stabbed was the demon ready to possess her. The scene she
witnessed of her being killed was foreshadowing of her soon to come death
herself.
