FORMAT: Each team is Guaranteed a minimum of 3 games

Location: Ala Moana Beach Park (Diamond Head Side of Tennis Courts)

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I, intending to be legally-bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors
and administrators, my players and their families waive and release any and all rights and claims against the County
Honolulu and its officers and employees, the Dragon Boat Festival, Hawaii Street Soccer, The Dragon Boat Futsal
Tournament, the Beach Cities Health District and other sponsors, and representatives of Chambers of Commerce and Cities
staging this event, for damages on account of injuries or death resulting from my participation in this event. I understand
this is an arduous event and hereby certify that we are properly conditioned. I agree to abide by the rules of the event. I/we
also agree to abide by all rules of this event and understand that any violation of the rules will result in disqualification.
