S.K.B. : Before given medication to client, we check if the patient medication has their name, the time the medication is suppose to be
given, the right medication and the right dosage. This ensures client safety and a safe environment

S.K.B. : I ask revenant questions to clarify understanding of the G- feed. Since i was uncertain how it use to work

N.D. : Each time we have residents with G-feed the feed lines are already primed. This student wanted was very interesting in priming the
residents feed from the initial stage. She asked questions regarding the feed therefore I asked the charge nurse not to prime because I
need to teach my student how to use and prime the feed

S.K.B. : Some unsafe situation would be medications being placed in the wrong area, but by checking the patient's medication with name
and dosage allow me to be able to determine which medication is suppose to be given to my patient. And which one shouldn't be given

This student has improves throughout her clinical rotation. She always seek out extra learning. This student learned to administer medication via Gtube, uses the insulin pen, remove staples, dress G-feed site. My advice to her is to keep up the good work, keep seeking out new learning as she
continues to grow in her career
