Position: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager employed by Green Vision Vanguard, GVV is in charge of the operations
undertaken by the company and/or its directors. The job coverage varies in accordance with the
types of business that the company undertakes which covers, but not limited to, the following:
1. Agriculture Farming
2. Agriculture Management Services
3. Agriculture Farm Setup and Installation
4. Agriculture Trading
5.
Core Responsibilities of the Operations Manager are as follows
1. Familiar with agriculture operations
2. Familiar with different types of agriculture, namely; conventional ground planting,
fertigation, hydroponic, vertical farming
3. Laying and installation of piping systems from the supply to the root of the plant
4. Maintenance of the piping system and upkeep
5. Able to achieve the companys KPI
6. Able to read, interpret and execute fertilizer application schedules and ratios
7. Able to observe and interpret plant diseases and pests
8. Able to supervise and delegate tasks among subordinate(s)/client(s)/vendor(s)
9. Able to control and manage the timely application of pesticides with the correct mixture
ratios
10. Able to lead and expand farm setup with independence and autonomy
11. Able to pick the yields and package them in neat order ready for sales
12. Able to train subordinates to carry out the required tasks to maintain high yields from
the plants
13. Able to carry out the entire setup and training of personnel from cleared land to full
production farm
14. Responsible for safety and security of the production yard
15. Responsible for the well being of immediate subordinates
16. Responsible and dedicated to the farm a
17. Responsible of all Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul works on technical aspects of the
systems
18. Responsible of all aspects production and operations for its quality and quantity

1. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2. Able to work with other farm operators/riggers in order to learn the required tasks

4. Ability to manage subordinates; of same and different nationalities
