R.R. : The neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, and musculoskeletal assessments that I learned prior to this semester
have been practiced in my clinical setting. I believe I am satisfactory in this area however I can still use more practice.

R.R. : During clinical, I was faced with situations in which a decision was to be made in regards to the client's care. Decisions I made were
based on relevance, client safety, safety for myself and the environment.

R.R. : Before clinical, I set a goal of what I want to do for my patient. We are required to take the client's vital signs and complete a head to
toe assessment. At the beginning of each shift I communicate with the nurse to see what other procedures still need to be complete for my
patient. I then make a plan to incorporate taking vital signs, the head to toe assessment, feeding, medication, and any other procedures I
need to complete.

After finishing clinical, I feel confident in my progress as a student nurse. I have practiced many nursing procedures, assessments and documentation
and I have learned that my biggest strengths are my work ethic and willingness to improve. I have experienced many things but I know there are still
lots to learn. My strategies for continued growth are to apply a higher focus on my readings and studies. I will also continue to seek out learning
opportunities in clinical and through observing my peers, instructor, and nursing team.

Raymond needs to improve on his critical thinking, time management, priority setting. It was a pleasure having Raymond as a student and I was able
to observe his learning growth and on a weekly basis. He is such a pleasant and helpful student and is always willing to go that extra mile and take on
the challenge for his patient. Raymond loves to receive feedback and is committed to make correction or improvement the next time around. I wish
him success on his educational journey.
