revised design of HVAC is likely to be approved by 15/04/2016.

The time for completion will

be five months from 15/04/2016 taking into account, delivery period of machine (3 months),
installation (2 months). Thus the work will spillover upto 15/09/2016.

6.

Approval of MEP drawings (Sr. No. (x & xi) of reference):-

6.1

The working drawings of MEP works (Electrical) is still awaited approval. This will be
finalized by 1st week of April 2016. The period of 5 months i.e. upto 01/09/2016 is
required to complete this work, taking into account delivery period of materials, and
installation etc.

6.2

The single line diagram (SLD) of Electrical Circuit is likely to be approved by

30/03/2016. The period of completion of 7 months is required considering,
finalization of vender, delivery of material, installation, testing and commissioning.
This work of Electrical switch board / paneling will spillover upto 30/10/2016. Please
refer minutes of interface meeting held on 21/03/2016.

LED Lighting System (Sr. No. (xii) of reference) :There is proposal of LED lighting system for entire depot instead of conventional
lighting system . The proposal along with financial implication is submitted on
14/01/2016. The issue of detail design has come on 22/02/2016. The decision is
likely to be given by 31/03/2016 as per minutes of interface meeting of interface held
on 21/03/2016. The period of 6 months will be required for completion taking into
account design, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning. The work will
spillover upto 30/09/2016.

The following activities are dependent on system contractors performance.

False ceiling work and raised accessed floor.

This work will be taken up only after cable
laying by system contractor.

b)

PTR & Central Store

Building

The finishing work of 1st Floor in R.S. simulator

room will be done after installation of simulator.
The external platform of central store building
will be done after installation of simulator.
