Piesele destinate zincrii termice sunt


supuse
urmtoarelor etape tehnologice de pregtire chimic:
1. Degresarea: Piesele sunt tratate cu o soluie de decapare alcalin,
pentru a ndeprta orice urme de ulei i alte impuriti.
2. Decaparea: Piesele se trateaz prin imersie ntr-o baie cu soluie de acid
clorhidric, astfel piesele sunt curate de orice urm de rugin pentru a
avea suprafeele perfect curate.
3. Splarea: Se efectueaz pentru a ndeprta orice urm de acid de pe
suprafee.
4. Fluxarea: Se efectueaz ntr-o baie cu soluie de flux, incalzit, pentru
a ntrzia oxidarea.
5. Uscarea: Este folosit pentru a usca i a pregti materialul pentru
imersia n baia de zinc.
6. Zincarea: Are loc prin scufundare n baia zinc topit a unui co special
n care sunt ncrcate piesele dup terminarea etapelor de pregtire
chimic, la o temperatura controlat i timp prestabilit, n funcie de tipul
de produs.
7. Centrifugarea: Acest pas se realizeaz n urma zincrii termice a
produselor mici: uruburi, piulie, aibe, supori, lamele, elemente de
legtur de mici dimensiuni, etc. Excesul de zinc este ndeprtat prin
aciunea forei centrifuge, avnd ca rezultat o suprafa neted i
uniform.
8. Rcirea: Piesele sunt rcite ntr-o baie cu ap rece, dup care sunt gata
a fi ambalate i livrate.

Parts for hot dip galvanizing are subject to the following


technological stages of chemical preparation:
1. Degreasing: The pieces are treated with an alkaline etching solution to
remove any oil and other impurities.
2. Pickling: The pieces are treated by immersion in a bath of hydrochloric
acid, such parts are cleaned of any rust to be perfectly clean surfaces.
3. Washing: It is performed to remove any acid from surfaces.
4. Fluxing: Perform in a bath with flow solution, heated to retard
oxidation.
5. Drying: It is used to dry and prepare the material for immersion in
molten zinc bath.
6. Dipping: is held by immersion in molten zinc in a special cart that is
loaded with pieces after chemical preparation stages, at a controlled
temperature and preset time, depending on the type of product.
7. Spinning: This step is achieved after hot dip galvanizing of smaller
products: screws, nuts, washers, brackets, blades, small items of
connection, etc. The excess zinc is removed by the action of centrifugal
force, resulting in a smooth and uniform surface.
8. Cooling: The pieces are cooled in a cold water bath after which they are
ready to be packaged and delivered.

ZINCUL - PROTECTORUL NATURAL

numai c este prezent n mod natural n roc i sol, poate fi gsit, de
asemenea, n ap, plante, animale i chiar i n aer. De fapt, zincul este

Zincul protejeaz oelul mpotriva coroziunii att prin formarea

DECI, DE CE ESTE SUSTENABIL ZINCAREA TERMIC?


Pur i simplu, zincarea termic protejeaz oelul mpotriva coroziunii,
prelungind durta sa de via i eliminnd nevoia de nlocuire a oelului,
cu costuri pentru mediul nconjurtor. Dar aceasta este de fapt doar
jumtate din poveste:
Ciclu redus de energie: zincarea termic este eficient pe tot parcursul
procesului de producie i al ciclului de via a produsului zincat
termic.
Eficien a resurselor: Procesul de zincare termic utilizeaz resurse
naturale i are un impact redus asupra mediului.
Reciclare: Fie c este vorba rezincare, eliminare sau reutilizare, oelul
