MATERIALS
Anti-A serum
Anti-B serum
Blood specimen

SERUM
is plasma with the clotting
factors removed

Note that the anti A reagent is

BLUE in color.

Note that the anti B reagent

is YELLOW in color.

Note that the anti B reagent

is YELLOW in color.

Positive results:
Agglutination with Anti A serum
Agglutination with Anti B serum
Agglutination with both anti A and
Anti B serum
Agglutination with neither Anti A
nor Anti B serum
