Please accept this letter of recommendation for Macy Dailey.
I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Dailey during the time she volunteered
to come out and shadow our flight crews. During this time, my evaluation of Ms.
Dailey is that she is well suited for nursing and will bring her intelligence, curiosity,
ambition, and compassion to the aid of many sick and injured. She is dedicated to
the mission and values of nursing and the healthcare team.
Ms. Dailey has been a team player when she spends time with our crews, helping
out with duties such as supply and administration. She never hesitated to offer help
for whatever task she saw happening and could be relied upon through the project
completion.
Ms. Dailey first approached me looking for an opportunity to job shadow because
she was interested in all facets of nursing both conventional and nonconventional.
We are an out-of-hospital critical care team that transports patients by helicopter.
We look for certain qualities in individuals such as ambition, curiosity, intelligence,
optimism, and humbleness. I whole-heartedly believe that Ms. Dailey brings all of
that with her to her education and to her future. When she is ready, we are looking
forward to having the opportunity to assess her as a potential candidate in HEMS.
I would recommend Ms. Dailey for whatever project, program, or department she is
looking at joining, as I am sure she will be an asset to your team.
