Observed Strengths:
Hana was not in my classroom enough for me to really get a true idea of how she will be as a teacher.
When she did interact with the students they responded in a positive way. We also were in the middle
of irtqaa inspection which was not a normal time for her first experience.
Areas for Development:
Our school was in the middle of irtqaa inspection so a few days was not normal for us. Hana is very
new and from the small amount of time I was able to observe her she needs to work on what all
teachers can improve on such as classroom management, and preparing for lessons. Also, her
attendance and punctuality is very important and if she's already struggling so early on this can be a
problem.
General Comments:
Hana has begun to show more effort in being at school and trying to be more involved with the
students during class time. This is her first experience in the class room so hopefully she will work on
being present and on time and continue making effort in learning to be a teacher. If she shows more
effort like this week she will be a successful teacher.
