LSW 10

The element of the book that I chose is Despereaux long love for
the princess. The idea that a little tiny mouse, who is claimed to have
no impact and not even live a long life, is set on saving this human
princess from the rats is just amazing to me. Usually you see it as the
big, buff, handsome, prince saving the day. Here its a little tiny
mouse. This is appealing to a reader because of the fact that the main
character is so tiny rather than ferocious. Some what like an
underdog, and who doesnt love an underdog right? Another appeal is
how successful this little guy is. He beat the odds that he would die
soon, and he learned how to read. All odds are pointing his way.
