At this Tim Horton' s store location it is currently under outside construction as the store
structure is having restoration and/or being resurfaced well this type of construction is being
done and it makes common sense for that area being fenced off preventing customers any type of
injuries however the main entrance at the front of the store location there is a handicap electric door for
the disabled and/or other customers with baby carriages and/or children's strollers having access into
the store.
Surprising that the store owner and/or management never thought of this or either did the contractor
doing the construction at this location.

In this picture as you can see Pastor/ evangelist Garry W. Cuthbert does not have appropriate access
into this side of Tim Horton's side entrance from their customers parking lot because of the height of the
walkway if you look closely you can see there is a section to go up but because of current construction it
is barricaded off what you would think that the store owner and/or assign contractor would've put up a
temporary portable ramp for easy access in and out of these door 's for the physical challenge as well as

other customers that may use canes, walkers, manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and/or electric
power scooters.
However Pastor Cuthbert had been able to speak to a Tim Horton' s supervisor and the supervisor was
able to speak to the store manager and apparently a store manager was able to get in touch with the
store owner and the store was able to contact the contractor and something logical and practical is
supposed to be done tomorrow to rectify this issue.
