Financial Institution Division ‘Toney Anaya Building P.O, Box 25101 Santa Fe, NM 87505 ‘To whom it may concer: Enclosed you will find a complaint against Serenity and Company, the owners and operators of Memory Gardens Cemetery in Farmington, NM. Being filed by myself and 185 other individuals. ‘Over the past few years since Serenity and Company has taken over Memory Gardens the conditions at the ‘cometery have taken a drastic turn for the worse. The main purpose of the attached complaint is an ‘ongoing effort to return the cemetery to the condition it was in when contracts promising perpetual care where signed, Multiple attempts have been made to work with the owners and management to improve the conditions to no avail, leaving no other option than to file this complaint. ‘Among the complaints are: graves that are 2 plus years old with no grass, sunken headstones, lifted headstones, family members hauling their own water in to water loved ones graves, over run with weeds, lack of repair and maintenance on the grounds. |Lask that you give serious consideration to all ofthe enclosed information.
