Stormy was a great project leader. She made sure she communicated with everyone on what was expected of them and when and where they had to be when
meetings or facilitations came up. She was wonderful in helping with problems with the lesson and consistently put in quality work.

Describe how this peer could have made a stronger contribution to the project:
Stormy was wonderful the only thing she had a hard time with was demanding attention during meetings. As we were all peers and around the same age I feel it
is understandable her difficulty. However, many times I could tell she would be getting frustrated and have a hard time concentrating on the specific task she
was so dedicated to (creating the lesson plan) and it would have been easier for if she had demanded more attention as the project lead.
