The Eastern hemisphere is very densely populated with people, cars,

and especially buildings. For every 20 houses in a area in the East, there are
2 houses in the West, Thats how condensed it is. They need to somehow
spread it out of in a building community but according to Reijenga, its very
hard to finalize a project. Only 10% of all projects that are thought of get
finalized. The development is driven so fast one project gets passed by. The
only way a architect can get a project inside, they need friends or money. But
China has changed a lot in its sustainable buildings in the last 10 years. It
has become a big topic in the average person. As Tjerk Reijenga says More
and more young people are thinking about sustainability. So in conclusion,
the younger population will need to really focus on sustainability
development to drive this world to a better place.
