prepare 4 solutions

What were they?

How did we do it?

1.Mixed each item thoroughly with water
2.Dipped a disc in it + made sure it was submerged in solution for five
(5) minutes.
3.Put discs with four solutions on an agar
4.Soaked a control disc in just water for 5 minutes
5.Put control disc on agar (making sure that all 5 disc were spaced
evenly apart).
6.Put lid on agar; flip upside down.
7.Seal agar w/ parafilm + place in incubator

Basic Steps to Take

people.
2. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE
3. Tell others about Steps 1 and 2; these are how most diseases spread + ZAD is no
different.
