Details: Non-Custodial parents, Christopher Montoya and Monica Martinez, showed
up at the children's residence in Clinton City on 5/5/16, under the influence of a
controlled substance. At approximately 1500 hrs, Christopher and Monica took both
children (Cynthia Montoya (11 months) and Marae Montoya (3 yrs) from the
babysitter, without the permission. The children are in the custody of the State of
Utah.
The children are endangered as the parents are believed under the influence of a
controlled substance, have mental health issues, have violent tendencies, and are
transient. They are unable to provide proper care for the children.
Christopher and Monica are believed to be driving a white 4-door Cadillac (UT
E718JT) sedan.
The children were last seen wearing:
-Cynthia (11 mo): Purple and white polka dot pajama pants with a white top with.
