activity where they will be drawing
their interpretation of an American
Indian.

Papers will be collected, and a


random selection will be
projected on the Elmo.

We will examine the selected


drawings and interpret what the
students were trying to depict.
We will talk about the stereotypes
that American Indians are faced with
on a day to day basis.

You will be engaging in a drawing
activity where you will draw your
own interpretation of an American
Indian.

The teacher will collect your


paper, and a random selection
will be projected on the Elmo.

You will examine the selected


drawings of your peers and try to
interpret what they were trying to
depict.
The teacher will talk about the many
stereotypes that American Indians
are face with daily.
