Communication

We communicated with a lot of people. Firstly, we communicated

with the pupils of the school by putting up posters advertising our
project and spreading positivity. We talked to our principal and
various teachers about our 'fun'draising action project to ensure
that they ere onboard with the idea. When we talked to our
principal we had to arrange a meeting first of all. Then we
prepared a short summary of what we planned to do and asked
for permission. We also asked if she had any other suggestions to
help make our fundraising better. Before we arranged the
meeting, we had to go and ask various teachers if they would be
willing to participate. Fortunately, many teachers agreed. We also
contacted Pieta House by means of email to explain to them our
project and to say how we would like to donate all the money
raised to their organization. We asked them if they wouldnt mind
coming in to talk to some of the students in return.
