Facilitated a second grade class consisting of 28 regular education, special
education, and ESOL students.
Facilitated a math class consisting of 32 advanced students, implementing third
grade standards and critical thinking skills.
Utilized multiple assessments in compliance with district and state requirements to
inform instruction.
Used innovative methods, including technology, to produce effective learning
experiences including cooperative learning and differentiation.
Administered Developmental Reading Assessment and Cognitive Ability Test.

Created Panther Pride, an after school program for struggling third and fourth

Participated in the Language Arts Committee to vertically align instruction among
the staff and train the fourth grade team on new assessments and programs.
Conducted DRA staff training at Spring Hill for teachers in grades 3-6.

Directed year-long drama program (2010-2011) for students in grades 4-6 with a
culminating end-of year production.
