This is to inform all the employees of Runner Group and its Sister Concerns that,
an idea portal named UNTRODDEN has been incorporated with the objectives
of redefining system, process & performance and Identifying talent & reward
meritocracy.
Every employee of Runner Group and its Sister Concerns will be able to provide
his/her idea through HR software by the ways attached herewith related to Sales
& Marketing, Service, Parts and HR which will lead to achieve ultimate business
goal. Submitted ideas will be evaluated monthly and yearly by idea evaluation
panel to select the best idea/ideas. Ideas will be evaluated based on driving
efficiency, cost minimization, increase in productivity and optimum usage of
available resources. Best idea will be selected for execution. Best idea
generator/s for each section will be awarded monthly. Among all the monthly
ideas the best idea generator will get year-end award.
All departmental heads are requested to inform their team mates and inspire
them to deliver ideas.
