Sub: Car facility for Deputy Manager, Customer Care Department,

Runner Automobiles Ltd
a) S. M. Mahmudur Rahman, Deputy Manager, Customer Care Department,
Runner Automobiles Ltd is frequently travelling all over Bangladesh for
official purposes. He also come to office from Khilkhet through staff bus.
Most of the time he is to work beyond office hour and is unable to use staff
bus. Thats why he is to use public transport to return home as a result, he
is facing some difficulties such as availability of transport, security threats
etc. If he is given an official car he will be able to travel in a secured and
convenient way.
b) Considering the circumstances he may be issued a car from our existing
pool. In addition to car the above mentioned official may be given Tk.
10,000.00 monthly as fuel & maintenance cost and driver allowance.
Please note that yearly registration cost will be borne by the company.
c) Company will bear all expenses of official travel including Toal fair, Ferri
fair etc. Noted that, traveler must have to submit the original copy of the
bill.
d) However, he will be also availed for TK. 20/- (twenty taka only) per
kilometer for office travel.
