Sistem de dulapuri metalice modulare,

incluznd o structur din profile
triunghiulare, cu capacele inferior i
superior sudate i montani verticali
demontabili, ce confer ansamblului
stabilitate i adaptabilitate optime.
Panouri metalice de fund i laterale din
tabl de 1,5 mm, ui simple sau
transparente ranforsate, de 2 mm
grosime, precum i o gam larg de
accesorii.
Asamblarea diferitelor pri componente
este facilitat de accesoriile special
proiectate .
Dulapul de baz conine urmtoarele

elemente:
n 4 montani verticali pe care se
monteaz balamalele; ei sunt prevzui
cu guri la fiecare 100 mm, necesare
pentru fixarea echipamentului n interior
n rame superioar i inferioar, pe care
se fixeaz prin uruburi montanii
verticali
n ui frontale simple sau transparente,
cu excepia OLNE/SP
n sistem de ncuiere cu mner, cu 2
bare, cu cilindru dublu, livrat
dezasamblat (cilindrul se comand
separat)
n partea de sus a dulapului cu o
manet personalizat, eticheta Himel
i capac plan
n panou de fund
n supori de fixare pentru plac de
montaj
n ine de ghidare pentru plcile de
montaj
Rigiditate:
Rigiditatea dulapului este asigurat prin
cele dou plci sudate, inferioar i
superioar, iar balamalele sunt realizate
din oel.
Sistem universal de ncuiere cu diverse
variante distincte, inclusiv sistemul cu
cilindru dublu.
Acces uor n interiorul dulapului prin
demontarea montanilor (chiar cu
dulapul deja asamblat).
Auto-centrarea uilor:
Din proiectare, uile i sistemul de
zvorre se autocentreaz la nchiderea
dulapului. Astfel, nu mai este necesar
montarea altor accesorii de centraj.
OLN
Tratamente i finisaje:
Tratamentul aplicat nainte de finisarea
final asigur o aderen perfect a
vopselei, pentru o protecie mrit n
medii grele.
Etapele procesului: degresare,
fosfatare, pasivare, uscare, polimerizare
i vopsire cu pulbere de rin
poliesteric.
Operaii finale de vopsire:

n socluri cu gri nchis: cu RAL-7002
