Content Knowledge and Expertise You must execute quality lessons that are aligned with state standards consisting of major concepts and key themes. 4. Learning Environment A safe and supportive environment will be maintained. Respect will be expected at all times. The classroom and activities will be organized and well thought out. Consistent routines with clear expectations will enable students to be engaged, focused, and on task. 5. Data Driven Practice Data will be collected and used to monitor and assess student progress.
