TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited for the following Items.

Annual Contract for Validation / Qualification & Calibration of Laboratory Instruments & Equipment.

2)

(Civil Work) Repair / Maintenance / Renovation & Electrification, Air-Conditioning Work (HVAC System)
a) Air-Conditionering Work (HVAC System)

b) Civil Work (Construction of RCC Underground Water Storage Tank, (Size: 12 x 10 x 8 approx. 6000 gallon)
C) Drilling for Well Water (approx. 150 ft.) with Deep Well Pump and complete GI Pipe and all fitting.

3)

Purchase of Laboratory Chemicals and Glasswares.

Tender documents can be purchased from the Procurement Department, Central Drugs Laboratory
(DRAP), Karachi on any working day (Monday-Friday) during the office hours on payment of Rs. 500/= in
the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft (Non-refundable) in favour of Drug Regulatory Authority of
Pakistan, Islamabad for each set.
The Last date for submission of Tender along with 2% Earnest Money of total bid is within 15 days
from the date of advertisements in news papers or its notification on the Website (Closing hours 11:00am).
Tender will be opened on closing date at 2.00 pm accordingly.
Technical and Financial bids may be submitted separately. Financial bid will be opened and
entertained after scruitinization and finalization of Technical bid which will be communicated accordingly.
The firms should be registered/activated with sales tax/income tax department. The payment of all
the taxes shall be the responsibility of the firms/suppliers.
The Procuring Agency may reject all or any bid subject to the relevant provisions of PPRA Rules,
33(1) under S.R.O No. 432(1)/2004 dated 08th June 2004.
