Construction expansion project formerly known as the I-10 CollectorDistributor Lanes Project Is said to be done in 2019.Texas Department of
Transportation District Engineer Robert "Bob" Bielek says, "Part of the issue is that
the I-10 Collector Distributor Road Project is a mouthful for everyone." Once the
projects are completed, motorists will be able to weave in and out of 1-10 and the
collector-distributor lanes with ease since both of them will have similar speed limits.
The project improvements for "Go 10" include upgrading the connection with Paisano
Drive and the Border West Expressway.

El Paso is on the GO I- 10 is an infrastructure reconstruction of Interstate 10
on El Pasos west side. The project extends 5.75 miles and has four major
components: construction of collector-distributor lanes through the corridor,
improvement of I-10s direct connection with Paisano Drive/Border West Expressway,
addition of lanes to I-10 in both directions and reconfiguration of ramps and
overpasses at three exits. Collector-distributor lanes disburse traffic, making it easier
for motorists to merge on to the interstate.
The GO 10 project supports Sundts efforts to expand and grow in Texas, strengthens
our local presence in El Paso and helps build our base of skilled craft workers, said
Sundt Business Development Manager Cade Rowley. GO 10 is the largest design-bidbuild project that the Texas Department of Transportations El Paso District has
performed to date. Its one of our companys six current TxDOT projects. The
$158 heavy civil project is scheduled for completion in summer 2019. In this blog
gives plenty of information about delays going on, on I-10.
