Klokov Training Program

So our pal Dmitriy has posted up a whacky training program for us bros to follow. It says week
1, so probably more to come?
Here is my translation for it:
Mon
Hyperextensions, 3x10, careful with weight (don't use too much I guess)
Muscle sn + btn sn press + ohs 2+2+2 / 3 sets going up in weight
Deficit snatch deadlift + deficit snatch, with straps 2+1 / 3 sets going up in weight
Deficit snatch deadlift 3 reps / 3 sets going up in weight
"Trapi" which are his swinging upright rows with snatch grip, 5x5 same weight
Snatch grip behind neck press 3 reps / 3 sets going up in weight
Tue
Hyperextensions, 3x10, same weight
No hook snatch 2 reps, "as heavy as needed"
no hook snatch deadlift 2 reps, "as heavy as safe"
hook grip snatch deadlift 2 reps, as above, heavier
strapped snatch deadlift 2 reps, as above, heavier
Trapi 5x5, as above
slow descent and long pause Back squat + front squat with the same weight as one set, 1+1 3-5
sets going up in weight
Barbell squat jumps, 3-5 sets of 10 reps, careful with weight
*So here I assume he goes up in 2 reps until he can't snatch it properly with no hook, then
deadlift no hook until he hits his 2rm, then hook grip same, then strapped same.
Wed
Clean + front squat + push press + pause jerk, 1+1+1+1, 3 sets, going up in weight
Clean grip deadlift + shrug extension, 3+3, 3 sets going up in weight, with straps, going up in
weight
Press from rack 3 reps, 3 sets, "with care" heavier lifts
Hyperextensions 5x10, careful with weight
Thur
rest, sauna, massage
Fri
Hyperextensions 3x10
Pause Snatch at knee with straps, 1 rep, 3-5 sets going up in weight
Snatch deadlift + snatch stiff leg deadlift + snatch deadlift + snatch stiff leg deadlift 1+1+1+1,
3 sets going up in weight
Trapi 5x5
Snatch grip BTN push press + OHS 2+2 / 3 sets going up in weight
Sots press 3 reps, 5-6 sets with same weight
Sat
Hypers 3x10
Power clean + push press 1+2, 3 sets going up in weight
Clean grip deadlift, 3 reps "all the weights" (literally, lol), so I assume that is some sort of daily
max, then one set of 10 reps
Back squat, 2 reps "all the weights", then one set of 10 reps
Barbell squat jumps, 5x10, steady weight
Sun
rest

Very different to what we most commonly see! Might be fun to do. Will be interesting to see how
he has a whole month planned out.
Interesting notes for this first instalment:
- Push press or Press 4x a week
- Deadlift 5x a week
- Squat 2x a week both after deadlifts
- Jerk just once, paused
- Back extensions every day

5) (1+1) x 3-5: pause BS + FS
6) 10 x 3: Jump Squat
DAY3
1) (1+1+1+1) x 3: Clean, FS, Push-press, Jerk (with pause)
2) (3+3) x 3: DL + Shrug
3) heavy triple: overhead press
4) 10 x 5: Hyperextensions (weighted)
DAY4
Rest... Sauna + massage
DAY5
1) 10 x 3: Hyperextensions (light)
2) 1 x 3-5: Snatch with 3 second pause at below knee
3) (1+1)*2 x 3: SGDL + SLSGDL
4) 5 x 5: Klokov shrug
5) (2+2) x 3: SGPP + overhead squat

6) 3 x 5-6: Sots press


DAY6
1) 10 x 3: Hyperextensions (light)
2) (1+2) x 3: power clean + PP
3) heavy triple, then heavy 10: DL
4)heavy triple, then heavy 10: BS
5)10 x 3: Jump Squat
