I
think
I
did
a
very
good
job
when
talking
to
Mrs.
Perkowski
and
Ability
to
collaborate
on
the
lesson
plan
with
deciding
what
lesson
she
wanted
me
to
teach.
She
explained
cooperating
teacher
exactly
what
she
wanted
me
to
do,
so
I
just
had
to
follow
her
plan.
In
the
beginning
I
was
a
little
confused,
since
my
cooperating

teacher
does
not
use
more
than
a
word
or
phrase
for
her
lesson
constructing
a
lesson
plan

But,
once
we
talked
about
it
in
class
and
I
began
filling
out
the
sheet,
it
became
easier.
For
this
lesson
I

not
have
to
do
much
planning,
since
she
already
knew
exactly
what
she
wanted
me
to
do.
I
did
prepare

by
reading
the
book
ahead
of
time,
having
questions
written
and
spaced
throughout
the
book.
I
feel
that
I
understood
what
my
cooperating
teacher
wanted
to
me
teach
the
students.
There
were
certain
things
that
she
wanted
the
students
to
take
away
from
this
lesson
and
I
think

understanding
of

objectives
that
they
left
knowing
what
she
wanted
them
to
know.
It
was
an
easy
topic
for
me
to
teach
and
explain
to
the
students
since
I
use
it
everyday.
I
felt
pretty
comfortable
in
the
teacher
role.
I
think
it
helped

not

time
interacting
with
the
students,
but
it
was
my
first
time
in
front
of
them
all
at
one
time.
While
I
was
reading
the
book,
I
tried
to
look
as
I
got
to
the
end

a
page.
Reading
a
book
and
maintaining
eye
contact
is
not
practical,
but
when
I
was
speaking
with
them
I
maintained
good

and

was
talking
or
asking
the
attention
question
to.
I
think
that
the
students
paid
very
good
attention
while
I
was
reading
the
book,
as
well
as
when
they
were
working
in
groups

their
snowman.
The
sequencing
of
the
lesson
went
very
well.
We
went
from
Ability
to
effectively
sequence
the
lesson
the
book,
to
groups,
to
making
snowmen
very
smoothly.
I
think
that
all
of
the
activities
lined
up
very
well.
As
I
walked
around,
I
was
constantly
telling
individuals
and
the
Utilizes
positive
reinforcement
group
what
a
good
job
they
were
doing,
cooperating
with
each
other.

the
end,
we
started
to
run
out
of
time
since
the
lesson
plan
had
us
working
up
until
the
next
subject.
I
feel
that
I
used
my
cooperating
teachers
existing
instructional
strategies
and
materials
very
well.
I
used
her
techniques
to
quiet
the
students
and
also
to
make
groups.
As
I
read
the
book
I
feel
that
I
was
enthusiastic
and
excided
to
be
teaching
a
lesson.
I
wanted
to
do
a
good
job
and
have
the
students
feel
as
if
Mrs.
Perkowski
was
teaching
it.
I
did
not
want
they
to
feel
like
it
was
not
as
good,
since
Miss
Hess
was
doing
it
and
she
is
only
a
high
school
student.

can
you,
your
cooperating
teacher
or
I
do
to
help
you
improve
those
characteristics?
I
can
watch
the
clock
more
and
Mrs.
Perkowski
could
let
me
know
when
I
have
5
minutes
left.
I
will
have
the
aides
monitor
their
students
more
while
I
am
teaching
my
lessons,
so
that
certain
students
are
not
disruptive
and
distracting
to
the
class.
I
will
look
at
the
ABC
poster
I
made
in
class
to
get
a
wider
variety
of
words
into
my
vocabulary.
