I will be on site Tuesday morning prior to and during the how to video. With that in mind, would you
like to meet prior to that time?

into DC this evening, so we can also try to arrange a time stop by the construction office on H Street
to do introductions when were out scouting the corridor tomorrow morning and early afternoon.

How to Ride video extras: times and information for Wednesday 8/20

Hello everyone,
Thank you again to everyone for helping for signing up and helping recruit for additional extras for
the How to Ride video. The shifts are listed below.
When you arrive tomorrow, please feel free to call my cell phone if you have any trouble finding us.
We will have those bright media vests on, so hopefully were easy to spot. My number is 202
There are no special requests in terms of wardrobe an outfit that you might wear to work, meet
friends or run errands in should be just fine. For those scheduled for more than one shift (Ian,
Don, Maggie), it would be helpful if you had an item of clothing you could easily switch out to
represent different days for the training montage (e.g. tie, cardigan/blazer).
Once youre on site and we start filming, well direct everyone on what to do in each shot.

I apologize for the delayed response. After the scouting session, weve been fine-tuning
our shot schedule. We start set up at 9am tomorrow morning at 5th & H.
Also, after I emailed you, Steve mentioned he would be there for a little while
Wednesday morning. I wasnt sure if you both would be there at the same time or if
you scheduled a time to switch over if so, we can be flexible with anything youve
arranged.
Additionally, if your role allows, wed love to have you as an extra in the video during
the 10:30am filming session.

I apologize for the delayed response. After the scouting session, weve been fine-tuning our shot
schedule. We start set up at 9am tomorrow morning at 5th & H.
Also, after I emailed you, Steve mentioned he would be there for a little while Wednesday morning. I
wasnt sure if you both would be there at the same time or if you scheduled a time to switch over
if so, we can be flexible with anything youve arranged.
Additionally, if your role allows, wed love to have you as an extra in the video during the 10:30am

additional extras for the How to Ride video. The shifts are listed below.
When you arrive tomorrow, please feel free to call my cell phone if you have
any trouble finding us. We will have those bright media vests on, so hopefully
were easy to spot. My number is 202-445-0735.
There are no special requests in terms of wardrobe an outfit that you might
wear to work, meet friends or run errands in should be just fine. For those
scheduled for more than one shift (Ian, Don, Maggie), it would be helpful if
you had an item of clothing you could easily switch out to represent different
days for the training montage (e.g. tie, cardigan/blazer).
Once youre on site and we start filming, well direct everyone on what to do in
each shot.

you could easily switch out to represent different days for the training montage (e.g.
tie, cardigan/blazer).
Once youre on site and we start filming, well direct everyone on what to do in each
shot.

Thank you so much again for being in the video! As we talked about this morning,
theres a short list of next steps:
1) If you have time today (or first thing tomorrow morning), can you take and
send to us a selfie with you decked out in some of the Streetcar gear? In
particular, itd be great if we have anything where we can clearly see the logo
or DC Streetcar spelled out. I know we have Sunglasses and T-shirts definitely
feel free to build on that if you have other items in the HDR office already. This
is the photo well use for the dating profile outlined in the script.
2) Next Wednesday, from about 7-8:30pm, we would want to have you there to
shoot the date arrival scenes. All we need you to do at that point is be there in
date clothes and well shoot you and the main guy walking down the street
together.

Thank you so much for your patience, and I apologize that I havent gotten back to you yet (we had
to go out and scout additional locations the for the video today). We had to update a few of our
plans based on that, and are finalizing our schedule now.
Knowing that I am now getting back to you and its almost 5pm the day before, I realize its unfair to
send a request to coordinate for your client to join our shoot. I cant thank you enough for being
willing to arrange one of your consumers to join us. Ive learned that we wont have another shoot
day with the streetcar available to us, so tomorrow were working with DDOT to improvise and
