*Own Analysis*

- In aging, it becomes more apparent

that we become weaker and weaker as
the years go by. It is due to the fact that
we are constantly being exposed to
different factors such as our diet and
environment that it causes long term
damage to the different physiologic
functions of the body making our cell
repair decline and our ability to
maintain homeostasis irregular. Due to
this, muscles tend to lose their original
tonicity compared to that when they
were younger. Because most of our
energies are stored in our muscles, we
lack the usual efficient compensatory
mechanism that allows us to sustain
significant fatigue making us
intolerable to some activities.
