Post Natal Depression

Our Post Natal Depression group aims to:
Offer practical and emotional support to mothers
who are suffering from Post Natal Depression in a
safe and confidential environment.
The Programme is facilitated by workers from
Morley North Children’s Centre, St. Peter’s Church
and Leeds Primary Care Trust.
Referral Process

We accept referrals directly from

• Women
• Health Professionals
• Education
How can it help?
• Social Care
• Voluntary Agencies
• The group gives women the opportunity to talk
to others who are having similar experiences.
• It helps women to address their feelings in
Crèche Facilities
regard to the illness.
• It can also help women to understand the impact
Childcare is available onsite. It is provided by
the illness has on themselves and their families.
Volunteer Crèche Workers from St. Peter’s Church.
All staffed are CRB checked and have experience of
caring for babies and young children.
Where is the group?

The Group runs from St. Peter’s Church on Rooms

Lane in Morley on a Friday morning from 9.30 a.m.
until 11.30 a.m. (term-time only).
