To Whom it may Concern,

I am writing this letter in reference to Wayne Ayer. I have known Wayne for two years, as a
member of Grace Chapel in Minerva. During that time I have found Wayne to be an engaging and
dynamic pastor, a community leader and a man of great moral character who is a committed follower
of Jesus Christ.
My wife and I came to Grace Chapel in Minerva, two years ago looking for a bible believing
church committed to growing its members spiritually. One that was not caught up in the politics of
religion, but the love, grace, and redemption that can only be found in the Lord Jesus Christ. What we
found at Grace Chapel was that and more. We found Wayne Ayer, a pastor who is blessed with a gift
for delivering the word of God. Wayne brings passion and charisma to the pulpit, but what makes
Wayne such an engaging minister is that he is a wonderful teacher. Wayne does not preach to you as
much as he teaches you the word of God and how you can apply it to your life. This ability to reach
people where they are in their spiritual journey and to help bring them closer to the love of Jesus
Christ is one of the biggest reasons why Grace Chapel has grown from a church of approximately 200
members to a church congregation with over 575 members, in a little over two years.
In addition to Waynes gift as a pastor, he is also a leader in our community. Wayne worked
with other pastors to create community wide events such as, Trunk or Treat at Halloween, which
provided the kids of Minerva with a safe place to go trick or treat and a way for our church to spread
the word of God. He organized a charity event at Christmas called Five to Feed in which every
church in the community came together to raise funds at their Christmas Eve service to donate to the
Salvation Army. While working with other ministers he was able to bring a bigger spiritual presence
into the Village of Minerva.
The most important quality that Wayne Ayer posses as a person and pastor is that he is a
deeply devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Wayne has a saying that he uses often and that is win the
lost at any cost. Wayne lives his life by this motto. In the numerous times that I have been around
him it has become extremely clear to me that this is a man who is committed to the Lord Jesus Christ
and is looking for every way possibly to spread that commitment to others. Personally, Wayne has
helped me in my spiritual journey to Christ more than any other person I have been around in my life.
I have seen Wayne live his commitment to Christ daily as he counsels member of our church who are
in need, organizes charity events to help the less fortunate, and preach from the bible on issues such as
exposing the Devil for who he really is. Waynes moral compass is always guided by win the lost at
any cost.
Wayne Ayer is a man who has changed my life, and I know I speak for hundreds of other
people when I tell you that he will be missed. He is a man that engages the congregation, leads the
community to a greater spiritual awareness, helps the poor, counsels those in need and most
importantly he brings people to the Lord. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me.
Throughout my life I have been around some great men and women, and I can say with certainty that
no one has done more to help me in my journey to Christ than Wayne Ayer.
Sincerely,
