From the constitution

The Fifteenth Amendment (Amendment XV) to the United States Constitution prohibits
the federal and state governments from denying a citizen the right to vote based on
that citizen's "race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
And what that means to me is that they were allowing all race to vote when they
were denying people based on their color and age.

Popular court case

Oregon,texas and idaho brought suit in the supreme court
against the united states and attorney general john mitchell
to challenge the voting right act.
In the middle of this case the supreme court was very
confuse of what was the problem in this case and the problem
was that general mitchell had a right in saying that voting
at 18 was horrible idea because some of the changes in this
world that we need are not going to come from teen and when
it came time to vote he made a clear statement the teens are
not allowed to vote.At the end oregon and texas and idaho
got the rights they needed to vote at any age on up fom 18.

Modern day application

The 15th amendment applies to todays society because all
colors can vote including gender and only if you're older
than 18 years old and most people have been to court when
they were being told they were not allowed to vote but most
are for a great reason and some are for immature reason.

Conclusion
In conclusion I have learned that the right to vote has a
huge impact on people and different race.And i have learned
the accomplishment and the mean of having a right to vote
because it was hard enough for just blacks to vote alone.
But then it became a much bigger problem when other races
couldnt vote.And then the age process came along almost
everything went down the hill but a process was provided to
determine the the voting system.And my opinion is that they
should have been made the rights of voting equal for all
races.And what do you think about amendment 15.Does it
finally help our community.
