Fit out

Having sufficiently progressed the cladding up the building there is then a safe
environment within which fitting out trades can work. Fitting out of the floors is now
the final activity and simply put establishing a weather tight environment at the
earliest possible stage will be key here. There will be many different specialist
trades that will need to managed and coordinated to ensure they are in right place
at the right time. Daily coordination meetings will need to be organized with all key
trades and will involve only foreman who are responsible for the workface and daily
coordination issues. The fit out works will commence at basement level and
progressing to higher levels. The fit out will commence when the building is
watertight and the following activities will be key processes:
1: Mechanical Final Fix
2: Electrical Final Fix
3: Testing and Commissioning
4: Final Fit of Loose Items
5: Cleaning
Superstructure Completion
Having reached level 7 then the residential sect will continue to roof level . Also at
this stage and in parallel the block work can be installed to roof level
Cladding
At an appropriate point following the continuation of superstructure works the
cladding of the building can commence. Cladding operation will always be safe
distance the concrete operation . Cladding will be installed using a combination of
tower crane, goods hoist and Mobile Crane. Cladding will be continue in this way
spiraling around the building as it works its way up to roof level. Floors will then
become enclosed offering a partially controlled environment within . Cladding is a
critical activity
On complection of the basement Demolition . This sequence will be continuous up
to the roof level which will then allow to MEP First fix and Plaster to commence
