    considered,butagainpopularitycannotbedirectlymeasured.Itwilldependon
    individuallevelperceptionsofpeeracceptanceandstatus.
    Assesseachpersonalityonconceptsofsocialacceptanceandstatus

    Createballots,oneforlistone,oneforlisttwo(toabletodistinguishdata)
    possiblyhavetwocheckboxesoneachballot,oneformen,oneforwomen.Eachballot
    willhavethecorrespondinglistnumberforthegroupthattheparticipantwasin(oneor
    two).Thequestionwillnotbeputontheballotforambiguity,butperhapsbewrittenon
    aboardandreadaloud.Participantswillbeinstructedtoremainquietsoinformation

    Divideparticipants(thathavesignedinformedconsent)evenlyintotwogroups
    Separatetwogroups
    Takeonegroupinaseparateroom,havethemsitspacedout(eachgroup,1&2,3&4if
    done)
    Oncetheroomisreached,readinstructions
    Askifthereareanyquestionsorconcerns
    Begintoreadthelist
    Oncethelistisfinished,askparticipantstoremainquiettoavoidanyinformationthat
    couldskewtheresultstobespread.

    ImnotsureifIshouldgoaheadandgiveparticipantstheirballotsdirectlyaftertheyhear
    thelist.Thiscouldgivethemtheopportunitytoinformthesecondgroupofwhatisbeing
    asked,whichcouldpotentiallyskewresults.IfIwaittohandoutballotsandletthetwo
    groupscometogether,Icoulddebriefbothgroupsatthesametime,butruntheriskof
    theparticipantforgettingthelisttheywereread.

    Afterdoingsomemorereadingonthisexperiment,Ifoundtherewasanotherpartwhich
    somearticlesdidnotinclude.Ireallyhadtodosomediggingforthispart.Originally
    therewerefourlistsandfourgroups.TwogroupswoulddowhatIhaveplannedout
    beforewithtwolists,andthetwoothergroupswouldbegiventheothertwolists.Thelist
    wouldbereadtothemandthentheywereaskedtorecallasmanynamesastheycould.
    Mostofthenamesrecalledwereusuallythatofthepopularpersonalities.Thiswould
    requiremorenumericalworkandmorelists,whicharehardertomake.GiventhetimeI
    have,IdontknowifIshouldincludethenamerecalling.IfIshouldincludethat,Ihave
