Dear Ms. Whitley:
‘Your correspondence addressed to me dated May 16,2016, received by the Administration May
18, 2016, and emailed to me on May 19, 2016, is acknowledged.
In short, [ agree with your legal opinion, The signage at the County Administration Building, the
“old Oktibbeha County Courthouse,” the Oktibbeha County Justice Court Building, the
Oktibbeha County Health Department and the Oktibbeha County office of the Mississippi
Department of Human Services does not comply with Mississippi law since the signs failed to
notify it did not apply to persons openly carrying or licensed enhanced carriers.
Lhave advised the County Administration to have the improper signs removed at those five (5)
locatior
