Bully project reflection

1. Were there any changes to your original idea of the bullying project?

I think the main change made on the project was the type of people was supposed to
work on, because first the idea of working with volunteers wasnt the best one, and was
difficult to find someone, so we change that idea and we work with six graders.

2. What did you like the most about working with the group?

I like how my group work, especially I liked working with Maria Paz because she is a real
leader, and she put order in the group and because that all the group work well.

3. What were the difficulties you encountered working with the group that was assigned to you?

I think the only difficulty my group including me had, was that in the activity we dont
put all the attitude and we dont use the attribute of communicators well.

4. Do you believe the students got a nice message from you? Why?

Yes, I think this activity change the form of think of six grader student, because they
take the time to answer good the survey. This group was very open minded and have
very good ideas to message for the bully in our school

5. Do you believe in the message you try to give the students? Or do say you agree but you
usually bully, insult and disrespect people often? Give examples (Be honest with your answer)

I think that the message we gave to this students change their mind, because as we can
saw in the activity, they were very honest and critics with this topic of bullying when we
talk to they. And they transmit that ideas on a sentence. So I believe in this message.

6. If your previous answer was that you bother students, and sometimes are disrespectful, give
some examples, and reflect on whether you wish to continue acting like this or not. If your
answer was no that you are a true promotor of peace, empathy and sympathy, then give a
message to those who think that bullying is a "stupid" concept and they should keep on
disrespecting people.

This little activities are the ones that change people mind, and the little messages we
give to students in the school are the ones that help to stop bulling at least on our
school, people that think that bullying is a stupid concept is because they dont know
how many children are being affected with this and how serious is the concept of
bullying

7. What do you think you learned from this activity?

That people can change with little actions, like a simple sentence that makes you reflect.
Also I think that to prevent the bullying in the world is teaching kids good habits and
values in their home and in their school.

8. Would you do this activity again?

Yes, this activities as I said before are the ones that change peoples mind, so I would
do this activity again, with this topic of bullying, or with other.

9. How would you improve this activity? What can you do to improve the bullying situation in
this school? How could you reach the entire Gimnasio del Norte Community?

This activities next time would be made with little age, because they are the future of
the school, and sometimes is easy to work with they.

10. Can you provide suggestions for other students that are going through a hard time?

Students or other people that are suffer a hard time need to tell his/her problem to an
expert on that situation, the expert know what you need to do for improve your
situation.

11. Provide a quote from a famous person that is related to bullying and explain why you picked
it. Then make your own quote and explain why you picked it. (Remember that quotes have
quotation marks and your name at the end.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win
Mahatma Gandhi, I pick this quote because said that at the final bully never win. I kill
many children all the years bulling, this quote I make said that bulling is the cause of
deads children all the years.
