Keyboard is going to be
adjusted so that my
wrists are straight when
touching the keys.
I will not be using my
mouse often as I have a
Wacom tablet which is
known as a replacement
which in turn reduces
the risks of RSI.
My chair is going to be
adjusted correctly to the
right height and
distance from the
computer.

I am going to position
my mouse and
keyboard so as little
strain as possible is
required to use them.
Regular breaks will
also be of a great help
I believe.

When editing or
animating I should
take frequent breaks
every hour or so.
During these breaks I
should go for a walk or
partake in an activity
which involves
movement. This will
reduce the likelihood
of my muscles
becoming stiff and
sore in the long-run.

I am also going to
need to sit with a
good posture to
reduce the risk.
As mentioned above
frequent breaks
should be taken to
avoid eye-strain too.
Along with this I
should avoid sitting
too close the monitor
and working in the
dark.
Sockets must not be
overloaded or messed
around with as they
can be extremely
dangerous. As soon as
a piece of electrical
equipment has been
used it should be
unplugged
immediately and not
left on.
It is also advised that

I must not mess

Electrical safety must
be taken seriously and
I must remain vigilant
of electrical

times.
Do not block
doorways; keep all
exits and entrances
clear in case of an
emergency.
Having a door open or
a window will also
help keep the room
ventilated.
