Remove the separator from the valve cover.

Remove the valve cover.

Remove the gasket.

Clean the valve cover and the mating surfaces on the

crankcase ventilation.
Note: Pay special attention to the valve cover gasket
seating.

Installation

Fit a new gasket.

Fit the securing screws through the rocker cover into
the gasket.

Fit the valve cover. Torque tighten in accordance with
Function Group 20, Information type Specifications,
Specifications.
