Recent decades , many city have developed fast ,and most of the government

consider that economic progress is their most important goal. Some citizens
disagree it this. the essay will discuss both view further.
It cant be denied that economic is important to develop our country. A
country wouldnt establish military and science research center without
money. and economic progress are ability to push our country achieve
urbanization which is vital to the developing countries people. besides,
economic means competitive , which could bring some instantly benefits from
other countries.
However, some people hold the other opinion that other types of progress
play the same important role for a country. It should be noted that the public
facility such as drainage system and traffic system, have a significant
meaning in daily life. Government should pay attention to those basic facilities
for guaranteeing the normal life of citizens.
In addition, education and medicine both are key to creative a better country.
Because, without good quality education, there are likely to have higher crime
rating which is dangerous for a country. Meanwhile the sense of happiness is
also meaningful for a country. For example, people could have more
responsibility to their family and country after gain the sense of happiness.
In my view. I agree with the second opinion. And I consider that social
welfares ,such as public facilities ,education ,happiness are equally important
for a country. It could lead to a refine cycle , also ,we need both home and
hometown.
