Citizen Concerns — a.County Legislator Allen Drake gave a report on ‘county sales tax and how its distributed within the county to the towns. b Several residents had complained of the Town's procedure for handling the mowing job for the Town cemeteries. Suggestions were made. c. Complaints conceming Hillside cemetery needing some limbs and brush to be removed for safety reasons to the public and there is no access to water. Water has not been available there for many years. The Town will check into getting a source of water there. 2. Communications: A letter received from the NYS Dept Of Transportation containing budget information for the 2016 CHIPS funds for the Town with a total of $111,608.05. 3 Paperwork for the Kelly Bros.in Syracuse to schedule the work to replace the hardware on the front door of Town Hall, Next Town Board meeting will be on, June 13,2016 @ Town Hall @7PM Village Board Moment. Public Hearing- the purpose of the hearing was to hear comments regarding the proposed sewer debt rate increase from 965.75/EDU/QTR to $67.61/EDU/QTR effective with the July 2016 billing. 1.Citizen Concems- a. Resident informed the Board that the current Tae Kwon Do instructors done at the end of June and they are actively trying to find someone to replace her. 2.SEWER PROJECT: Final Rural Development grant expenditures are being completed. 3.Tr. Cole informed the Board he met with the ‘County regarding moving the guardrails by the bridge so the driveway to the boat launch can be moved off his property. ‘They plan on doing this ‘work within the next two weeks. Next Village Board meeting is on June 8, 2016 @ Village / Fire Hall @ 7PM ‘The Oxbow Historical Association presents the Summer concert series 2016. Thursday evenings in the Park at ‘Oxbow. Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. No charge, but a free will offering. Refreshments at all concerts.
