SUBJECT:- Concern raised by the booking holders

Dear sir,
This is to bring to your notice/letter/reminder that the nine booking holders who have booked
their studio apartment in the project unique vidhya deep are bothered by the frequent
reminder about payment, which they have been receiving from the company.
The clients are worried because the project could not start as per the design schedule. They
were also informed that the company will issue an agreement (agreed by Mr. Mithlesh Gupta
in my presence) after they (Company) Receive 10% of the payment but the same has not been
done so far (Agreed by Mr. Mithlesh in my presence). The clients have put fort h their views
saying that the firm should not strict to their words.
The booking holders do not want to pay the facility charges and service tax including the
installment please reschedule the payment plan with tentative dates and months. Besides the
booking holders also wants that the 10-15% payment should we taken at the time of
purgation the clients are of the opinion that the company should take the payment at the time
of casting of the basement roof.
They have agreed to pay next instalment only after the process of casting his carried out on
each floor. Some of the booking holders also need financial assistance from the bank, please
see what can be done in this regard.
Points to be noted
1. Please provide the confirm date of completion of the project. In case of any delay of
the project, clients need to be assured that the company for the deposited the penalty
for the same.
2. Please do not send the payment reminders to them over an over as the clients are
finding it to be a breach of trust.
3. They are demanding that the matter should be resolved ASAP to avoid further
inconvenience.
