Master Recipe: Three master recipes are required to execute this process
1- Master recipe for product, which requires standard values for activities (Set up time,
machine run time, dry clean time, Wet/Full clean time, Man Hours etc, is used for MRP
and Standard cost estimation.

2- Master recipe without Set up time and clean time. This is used for actual production
process. While planning Campaign user will select this alternative Master recipe.

3- Master Recipe without material code, this is used for cleaning of equipment and for set
up process. The consumption of chemicals can be tracked in this recipe

Campaign Creation
The Campaign process is needed to manufacture sequences of identical production charges on
their production lines.

Grouping of planned orders and process orders to produce a certain amount of a single
material over a certain period of time. This is done in an uninterrupted sequence on one
production line by manually creating the Campaign.

The Clean and Set-up are captured in separate process order.

More exact settlement resulting from clear distribution of campaign fixed costs (setup
and clean-out costs) to the orders involved

Create Product Campaign for Product process orders and For Set up and Cleaning process

System will display the planned orders and process orders for the material entered in the initial
screen of campaign

The Campaign process order and product process orders are grouped in Campaign JPI-01

The Campaign number is updated in assignment TAB in the process orders. Using this Campaign
number user can track the status of campaign

Campaign Execution
1- After Completion of goods issue and confirmation of campaign process order , the actual
costs are updated in process order.

2- After Settlement of Campaign process order, the actual costs are updated in the product
process order
